005
Fear of
being
average
A sales team for people who'd rather build something of their own than collect a paycheck for showing up.
Mentored by the fastest growing company in the industry
From the kitchen
to number one
Sebastian Salas — Founder, 005
Three months ago I was a chef.
Nineteen years old. $2,000 a month on the line. No sales experience, no network, no backup plan.
Month two, I finished #1 out of 259 agents. Month three, I did it again.
I'm not more talented than anyone reading this. I'm mentored by the fastest growing company in the industry, I run their system exactly as it's taught, and I do the boring work every day while everyone else waits to feel ready.
That system is what every 005 agent gets on day one.
Why 005
Three things that decide whether a sales career goes anywhere.
Keep what you earn
Compensation built so the person doing the work takes home the majority of it. No layers skimming on the way down.
Own your pipeline
You control your lead flow instead of waiting on someone else's list. Your income stops depending on what you're handed.
Build your own book
What you build belongs to you. Full ownership, and a path to bring on and lead your own team.
On the board
Real milestones from the current team. Every one of these started with a first call.
Results shown are individual outcomes achieved by specific agents. They are not typical, not average, and not a guarantee of earnings. Income depends entirely on your own effort, skill and market conditions.
How it works
Three steps from first conversation to first commission.
Interview
A straight conversation about what you want and whether this is the right fit. No pitch, no pressure.
Get plugged in
Training, systems and scripts from day one, plus a mentor who has already built what you're starting.
Scale
Grow your book, then grow a team under you and build income that isn't tied to your own hours.
What you're
applying for
Read this part properly. It saves us both a conversation.
How it works
- Hybrid — some in person, sales run by phone and video
- Commission only. You're paid on what you write, nothing else
- Leads are earned, not handed out — what you get access to tracks your commitment and work ethic
- Licensed or unlicensed — we cover your pre-licensing course and guide you through it
What you get
- The full system: scripts, process, daily structure
- Direct mentorship, not a course you watch alone
- Your own book of business that belongs to you
- A path into leading your own team
Non-negotiables
- Coachable — you'll run the system before changing it
- Consistent when nothing is landing yet
- Comfortable earning nothing until you produce
- Not looking for a salary or a safety net
Think you've got
what it takes?
Answer honestly. Every application is reviewed individually, and we only reach out if it's a match.
What happens
next
Four steps from application to writing business.
Application
You answer a handful of questions. Every one gets read.
Interview
A short call. Straight conversation, no pitch. If it isn't a fit you'll hear that.
Licensing
New agents get walked through the exam. Licensed agents skip ahead.
Onboarding
Systems, scripts and daily coaching. First calls inside your first week.
Before
you apply
Do I need a license?
No. Licensed and unlicensed people both get in. If you're not licensed we walk you through the pre-licensing course and the state exam.
Is this salaried?
No. It's commission only. You're paid on the business you write and nothing else. If you need guaranteed income right now, this isn't the right move yet.
Are leads provided?
That depends on you. Leads aren't handed out automatically — what opens up tracks your commitment and your work ethic. Early on you'll be sourcing your own and we teach you exactly how, which also means you're never locked into someone else's list.
Is it remote?
Hybrid. Sales run over phone and video, but there's an in-person element to training and team.
Do I need sales experience?
No. I had none three months ago. What matters more is whether you'll do the same unglamorous thing every day for longer than feels reasonable.
What does it cost to start?
We cover your pre-licensing course. Everything after that is on you — your state exam fees, E&O insurance and AML certification. Those go to the state and to third-party providers, not to us.
How fast will I hear back?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours. If it's a fit, you'll get a call or a text.
